The hotel's Atlantic Gate Seafood & Cocktails restaurant serves refined seafood dishes inspired by classic cruise ship elegance. An Open Lobby Bar offers all-day dining and panoramic views of the cruise terminals. Breakfast options include vegetarian and gluten-free choices, with a special allergy card system that requires guests to list sensitivities and is signed by staff.

Kids 17 and under stay and eat free, making the hotel a cost-effective choice for families traveling before cruises. The hotel's location next to West Quay Shopping Centre and IKEA provides additional activities within walking distance. Guests in family groups have noted the hotel's ability to place three rooms close together, with several rooms offering views of the cruise ships.
